摘要
实验利用特大型煤自燃发火实验台(ZRM-15型),模拟现场的实际浮煤堆积、蓄散热、漏风供氧等状况,同时连续检测实验炉内各点煤样的温度、氧浓度及其他气体的变化情况,测定煤的自燃倾向性、最短自燃发火期,气体的产生率等特性参数,为自燃发火的预测预报提供理论依据。
A Model ZRM-15 extra large test rig for spontaneous combustion of coal is used and the experiment simulates the on-site conditions such as the actual stacking of float coal,accumulated or radiated heat,air leakage and oxygen supply,contineously measure temperatures of coal samples at various positions in stove,oxygen concentration and changes of other gases to measure characteristic parameters such as the tendentiousness of spontaneous combustion of coal,the min.ignition period and production rate of gases to provide the theoretical basis for the forecasting of spontaneous combustion of coal.
