摘要
应用三维设计软件Autodesk Inventor建立了一种机械偏心连杆振动装置中各零件的三维几何模型,并对各零件进行了虚拟装配。在三维虚拟装配中,可以发现各零件之间是否相互干涉和结构是否合理,及时纠正设计中的不足。利用Autodesk Inventor强大的参数化功能的三维设计,不仅能提高设计效率,而且能缩短设计周期,降低开发成本。
Three - dimension part models of vibration device of successive casting machine are built on three-dimension software Autodesk Inventor, including the virtual assembly of complex parts. The intervention between parts and mismatched structure can be sought out in the three-dimension virtual assembly. The powerful three - dimension design of Autodesk inventor can not only increase the efficiency but also save time and decrease the cost.
