摘要
从分析实用等距曲线的构成入手,推导出了实用三弧段等距型面的大圆弧半径计算公式和型面曲线的数学模型。采用在Pro/Engineering软件中生成的数控铣削程序,在加工中心上进行等距型面轴数控铣削实验,并对加工后的零件进行了尺寸测量与分析。实验结果表明:公式推导与所建模型正确,数控铣削加工等距型面的方法切实可行。
Based on analyzing the structure of practicable isometric profile, the radius calculating formula of bigger arc and the mathematical model of practicable isometric- trilateral profile are reduced. The profile shaft has been generated on the machine center using the NC milling program created in Pro/E, and the dimension of the generated profile shaft has been measured and analyzed. The results prove that the reduced formula and model are all fight, the NC milling is an efficient and feasible mothed.
