摘要
采用硬质合金YG6刀具分别在普通切削和超声切削方式下,对切削SiCP/Al复合材料时的刀具磨损机理进行了分析,发现超声切削的刀具磨损机理主要是磨料磨损和粘结磨损,但都没有普通切削时严重,这也是超声切削为何能减小刀具磨损的一个重要原因。
Analysed the tool wear mechanism of YG6 tool cutting SiCp/Al with the ultrasonic cutting and common cutting, discovered that the tool wear of uhmsonic cutting is main grinding abrasion and bonding abrasion, but is weaker than common cutting, this is an important reason why the ultrasonic cutting can reduce the tool Wear.
