摘要
分析了矿井局部通风机自动控制的必要性,并提出自调整模糊控制调节通风机转速方案。设计了二维自调整模糊控制器,系统根据瓦斯浓度偏差和偏差变化率调整模糊规则因子,实现局部通风机的变频调速控制。经仿真和实验验证,对局部通风机进行自调整模糊控制后,通风机转速随着瓦斯浓度自适应调整,且有较强的鲁棒性。大大改善掘进工作面的通风情况,提高了局部通风机的工作效率,而且节能效果非常显著。
The necessity of mine local ventilator auto control is analysed, a kind of method of self- adjusting fuzzy control in mine local ventilator is proposed. Design two- dimension self- adjusting fuzzy controller, the system automatically adjusts the rule factor considering the error and error change of gas to control the ventilator speed. Emulation and experiment indicates that the ventilator speed changes according to gas after using self- adjusting fuzzy controller, and robustness is enhanced. It improves ventilation condition of mine roadway excavation face, increases the mine local ventilator efficiency and saves energy obviously.
