摘要
通过对轧机辊道装配件结构及使用性能的分析,重点论述在保证设计要求及使用性能的前提下,采用非传统工艺,提高生产效率,缩短生产周期,提高机床利用率。并着重论述了厚壁长管件的粗车借料、静平衡方法及辊道装配件的加工工艺方案。
The paper recommends the non traditional technology used to raise the production efficiency and shorten production cycle and use the machine tool efficiently on the basis of meeting the design and working requirements through the analysis of the structure and working performance of the fittings for mill' s rollers, and describes in detail the primary cutting of long pipes with thick wall and static balancing and machining of the fittings.
