利用渗硼方法提高纺锭耐磨性的研究

Study on raising wear—resistance of textile—spindle by means of boronizing

本文对提高纺锭的耐磨性进行了研究,经试验表明:在锭底上被覆铁硼化合物为主的金属间化合物材料,可使锭尖和锭底的耐磨性提高10倍,整体寿命可提高2倍以上。

In this paper the raise of wear—resistance of textile—spindle is studied. It is showed that inter-metallics, mainly Fe—B compounds, covered on spindle—base can raise wear—resistance of the spindle—tip and the spindle—base 10 times and prolong the service life of textile—spindle 2 times and over.
