基于集成型薄膜电极的血铅离子快速分析系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内目前血铅测定方法普遍存在的取样量大、仪器设备昂贵、测定步骤多、时间长、分析成本高等缺点,该文通过将电化学传感器技术、现代印刷技术与微机械加工技术相结合,研制出可批量生产的集成型薄膜三电极体系。采用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法,只需50μL溶液,在3min时间内就可测出μg/dL水平的微量血铅。pH1.1溶液体系中,铅离子在1.2~70μg/dL的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998。集成型薄膜三电极检测系统具有快速、准确及低成本等优点,达到现场实时检测的要求。 At present, most domestic methods for analyzing lead concentration of blood suffer from some disadvantages, such as large acquirement of sample amount, high price of apparatus, as well as reiteration of digesting samples, multi - steps and time - costing process, which greatly increase the cost of the analysis. Employing differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetric (DPASV) and integrated three -electrode system, which combines the technology of sensor, modern printing and micro - machining, we can actualize direct microanalysis of lead in one drop of blood (about 50 μL) without digestion in 3 min. The linearity of the standard working curve is good in the range of 1.2 - 70 μg/dL at pH1. 1. The correlation coefficient is 0. 998. Such rapid, accurate, low -costing process can meet the requirement of real - time analysis.
