世界经济转型与我国的改革开放

ON THE WORLD ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION AND OUR REFORM AND OPENING UP

论述了新技术革命带来的世界经济转型的大趋势，指出我国的改革开放领世界经济转型风气之先。回顾了十多年来改革开放伟大成就。提出产权清晰是建立现代企业制度的前提，科学管理是建立现代企业制度的基础；全面正确理解理代企业制度的四个基本特征，区别不同情况，在大中型国有企业中逐步建立现代企业制度；这既为建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制奠定了基础。

The thesis discusses the great trend of world economic trausformation brought forth by new technological revolution,and point out that the reform and opening up in our country has been in the lead of the economic transformation.In the thesis,the signicant achievements since the reform and opening up has been recalled.The author puts forward that the clarity of property right is prerequisite of building up a modern enterprise system and scientific management is the basis of setting up a modern enterprise system;that a complete understanding of the four basic characteristics of modern enterprise system,distinguishing different situation,gradually set up modern enterprise system in large or middle sale state enterprises,which both lays a strong foundation for building and bettering socialist market economic system and brings about fine conditions for economic increase toward intensive type.
