摘要
针对当今工业现场实际过程控制测控平台的特点和课题组科研的需要,结合测控技术、计算机技术、数据库技术以及总线和网络技术,构架了一个分布式、网络化、模块可裁减的测控平台。从平台的总体方案设计、硬件构架及其一些先进的测控技术、现场总线技术进行详细解释;对系统的软件结构、分布式数据库和网络安全及信息管理作了详细说明。从应用情况得出平台对实验室科学研究的巨大帮助作用以及平台的进一步改进。
Aiming at the fact of measurement and control platform＇s character and the need of research work in our group, and combining with technology of measurement and control, computer, database, field control bus and network, a distributed, web-based and modularized measure and control platform is constructed. We detailedly explainthe integrate design and some key techniques such as hardware structure, advanced measurement technology, distributed database, security management. The application indicates it＇s great assistance for research work and which improvement is needed.
