生物力学型下颌骨假体的设计及生物力学评价 被引量:2

摘要 基于人体生物力学特性的研究成果,针对下颌骨大型节段型缺损,设计了符合人体下颌骨生物力学特性的植入式钛假体,该假体起到了恢复缺损下颌骨的连续性和生物力学的传导的作用,并采用有限元方法对假体进行了生物力学评价,下颌骨结果表明:假体的设计符合人体生物力学传导特性,研究结果对临床有一定的指导意义。 A biomechanics mandible (BMM) prosthesis was designed based on the biomechartics research of normal mandible. It restored the continuity and re-conducted the mechanics in defected mandible. Finite element method was used to evaluate the BMM and results revealed that the BMM was a good choice for treating defection of mandible. This research will be useful to clinic.
