摘要
研究了低频经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对大鼠脑电相关维数的影响。实验对八只Sprague-Dawley大鼠进行频率为0.5Hz,100个脉冲的阈上经颅磁刺激,采集刺激前后大鼠的脑电信号进行分析。脑电数据经替代数据方法验证,具有非线性性质。计算刺激前后脑电的相关维数,发现刺激后大鼠脑电相关维数比刺激前有显著性降低,说明脑电的复杂度降低,该结果支持了低频经颅磁刺激对大脑有一定抑制作用的结论。
This paper presents the influence of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on EEG of rats at the aspect of correlation dimension. Eight male Sprague-Dawley rats received 0.5Hz rTMS, which contained 100 stimulations and the stimulation intensity was above motor threshold. EEG, before and within 1 minute of rTMS, were collected to calculate. Compared with surrogate data, EEG datawere confirmed to be nonlinear. After calculating correlation dimension of EEG both before and after rTMS, we found that correlation dithensions after rTMS were significantly lower than those before rTMS. This result reflected that EEG complexity was decreased after rTMS, and at the same time the result supported that low-frequency rTMS can inhibit the function of brain.
