摘要
研究采用云南弥勒褐煤为原料,采用中温干馏对褐煤进行炭化处理,使褐煤中的大部分水分和挥发分气化除去,得到适合铁合金生产的褐煤半焦还原剂.本研究的主要目的是通过实验对炭化条件———炭化时间、炭化终温的研究,得出弥勒褐煤的最佳炭化温度、时间条件为800℃终温炭化1 h.
The research is to utilize Yunnan Mile brown coal as the raw material, adopting the mechanism of medium temperature in the carbonization, then the brown coal is carbonized to char. In this process, most water and the branch to volatilize in the brown coal are detached. The main aim of this research is to obtain the best carbonization temperature and carbonization time by means of experiments,which is to carbonize 1 hour under 800 ℃.
