摘要
简述微电解-催化氧化工艺处理染料生产废水的试验过程,通过对主要工艺段的调试,确定了各工艺的控制条件.结果表明:废水COD质量浓度为4 300 mg/L,色度为400倍时,该工艺处理废水COD可降至154 mg/L,色度为32倍,出水水质达到国家污水综合排放二级标准.
The combined process of microelectrolysis - oxidation was designed to treat the dyestuff wastewater. The optimistic parameters were given for each work section through tests. The experimental results showed that COD could be reduced from 4 300 mg/L to 154 mg/L,and the colour from 400 mg/L to 32 mg/L by the process. The outlet water could meet the requirements set by Class Ⅱ national standard.
