摘要 论述了主镜热设计及热分析的重要性,并分析了在温度场作用下主镜的变形及其对光学系统成像质量的影响。对材料分别为K9和熔石英的主镜在径向稳定温度场的作用下的面形变形作了详细的分析、计算,发现相同结构的主镜,其镜面不仅变形与主镜的线胀系数和其他材料、结构特性参数有关,而且与温度梯度的大小和方向均有密切的联系。 The importance of thermal design and thermal analysis of primary mirror is stated in this paper. The deformation of the primary mirror in temperature field and its effect no the image quality of the optical system is analized. The deformation of surface figure of a primary mirror in radial static temperature field, K9 and fused silica responsively, is calculated and analized in detail. It is found that as though the structure is not different, the deflection of the surface figure of the mirror is not only connected with alpha and other thermal and structural paremeter, but also directly connected with the magnitude and direction of the temperature gradient.
