超声波提取鱼腥草叶总黄酮优化工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb Leaves with Supersonic Extraction

用超声波提取,通过L9(34)正交试验,探讨了提取条件对鱼腥草(HoustoniancordataThunb)叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响。结果:各试验因素对鱼腥草叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响依次为提取时间、提取功率、乙醇浓度、提取溶剂配比。

Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb leaves were prepared according to a L9（3^4） orthogonal test plan. The relationship between extracting conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Houttuynia cordata Thunb was investigated. Result： the processing conditions affected the yield, and that the effect of each condition decreased in the following order, extracting time, with power of extraction, extracting ethanol concentration and in proportion of extracting solvents.
