家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白在体外诱导JEC凋亡的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白对子宫内膜癌细胞(JEC)的抑制作用。方法:流式细胞仪测定家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白对JEC细胞周期及凋亡的影响;HE染色法观察细胞凋亡,并计算AI。结果:家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白作用后的JECAI/PI升高,家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白高浓度组JECPI及Apoptosis%明显升高;各浓度组JECAI均明显高于对照组(P<0·01)。结论:家蝇幼虫抗菌蛋白可能通过诱导细胞凋亡来抑制JEC生长。 Objective: To explore the inhibitory effects of the antibactrial proteins from the Musca domestica larvae for the growth of JEC. Methods: The effects of the antibactrial proteins from the Musca domestica larvae for cell cycle and apoptosis of JEC were measured by flow cytometry. The morphology of apoptosis cells was observed with the hematoxylin-eosin stainings, and the apoptosis index(AI) was measured. Resuit:By the antibactrial proteins from the Musca domestica larvae, the ratio of AI/PI of JEC was gradually increased. The cell proliferative index(PI) and the rate of cell apoptosis were significantly increased at the high-concentration groups. Compared with control group, the apoptosis index(AI) were significantly increased at the all-concentration groups( P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The antibactrial proteins from the Musca domestica larvae may inhibit the growth of JEC by inducing the apoptosis of cell.
