摘要
Mg-Mn-Fe-O系热敏电阻经还原处理后,具有低B高阻电学特性,不同于一般的NTC热敏电阻,其B值随温度增加呈较大幅度的连续性增加。研究了还原条件、材料组分及烧结温度对样品电特性的影响。
Mg Mn Fe O thermister features high resistance and low material constant B value by reduction.Different from normal NTC thermister,its B value increases continuously by a big extent with rising temperature.This article studies the effect of reduction condition,material constituent, and sintering temperature on the electrical character.It also explains the mechanism of variable B value character of Mg Mn Fe O thermister.
