摘要
本文根据数控插齿机的工作原理,研究了非圆齿轮数控插齿加工程序的计算机辅助编制和加工过程的仿真技术;并提出了一套完整的节曲线数据预处理方法。为使节曲线设计可视化,并全面掌握所选节曲线的加工过程,在计算机上实现了加工过程的仿真、动态捕捉及检验所生成的齿廓的图形放大处理功能。
In this paper,the CAD and graphic simulation technology of the NC shaping program of the noncircular gear was discussed according to the working principle of gear shaping machine and the theory of conjugated surfaces,and the data preprocessing method of the noncircular gear pitch curve was proposed.In order to see the machining character of the designed pith curve,the graphic simulation technology was used to display the machining process, and snap the enlarged tooth profice.
