摘要
轨道电路是用于指示铁轨上是否有列车占用或空闲的一种特殊传感设备,其工作性能参数直接影响铁路行车安全。本文设计了一种用于检测轨道电路占用或空闲表示状态的数字化轨道表示模块,介绍了数字化轨道表示模块的基本工作原理;结合数学模型,从制造过程造成的系统误差、环境因素造成的系统误差和随机误差等方面对影响轨道电压检测精度的因素进行了分析,讨论了数字化轨道表示模块中校准这些误差的软件调整方法;在有效处理轨道电压检测误差的基础上,提出了一种改进的判定轨道表示状态的新方法,解决了原先存在的部分轨道电路"虚占用"和"虚空闲"的问题,提高了轨道表示状态的检测可靠性和安全性。
Track circuit is a sort of sensor device whose function is mainly for denoting if the track is occupied or free. The performance of track circuits is one of the most important factors that influence the safety of train transportation. In this paper, a kind of digital track denotation module is designed, which is the matching device for detecting the states of the track circuit. In detail, the basic working principle of the digital track denotation module is introduced. By the mathematic model, three kinds of factors that influence the measuring accuracy for track voltage are analyzed, which are systematic error from processes of manufacture, systematic error from circumstance and random error. Calibration processing of them by software is also discussed in detail. On the basis of processing those errors effectively, a new improved method of judging track denotation states is presented, which solves the problem of pseudo occupation and pseudo free, and helps to upgrade the measuring reliability and safety for the track denotation states. The digital track denotation modules have been used in many factory railway stations successfully.
