摘要
将计算机图像处理技术应用于原木定心的研究中。通过原木端面图像实时采集、图像处理和原木定心三个模块,实现了对原木端面图像的实时采集以及精确、快速定心,提高了原木旋切的加工效率和出板率。
In the paper, computer Image centering system for peeling log is discussed. In the process of log peeling, realtime capturing block end image, image processing, and centering the block image are designed. And the computer Image centering system is constructed, which can capture the image of block face real-timely and can quickly and accurately centers the block. This procedure will improve the yield rate of veneer production.
