摘要 采用溶胶凝胶方法制备了LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,研究了不同掺杂量的Y对于LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2材料结构和性能的影响。研究发现,掺杂量〉1%后Y不能很好地融入材料的晶格之中。电化学性能测试结果表明,少量Y的掺杂(1%~3%)可以明显改善LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2材料的循环性能。 The LiCo1/3Ni1/3 Mn1/3O2 cathode material was synthesized by sol-gel method, and doped with rare earth element Y. The XRD resuhs show that the prepared materials doped with Y possess a typical layered α-NaFeO2 structure, but the Y solubility is limited to 1%. The capacity-retention of LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material is enhanced within 3% (molar fraction) Y doping.
