小城镇建设对区域经济拉动力研究——以山东省泰安市为例

Studies on the Draw Power of the Local Economy by the Construction of the Small Town-TakingShandong Taian as an Example

小城镇建设一方面可以吸纳农村剩余劳动力,增加农民收入,另一方面通过极化作用和扩散作用拉动工业的发展。利用统计分析手段对泰安市69个小城镇的相关数据进行相关分析,研究表明,在泰安市城镇化水平每提高一个百分点,镇域农民人均收入将提高0.36个百分点,农民收入增加14.87元;可以拉动乡镇工业收入提高6.9个百分点,乡镇工业增加收入704.7万元;同时,小城镇建设还拉动了区域房地产市场,其相对强大的人流、物流带动了餐饮、服务业、流通业的发展。

One the hand, the construction of the small town may absorb the residual labor power and increase the incoming of the peasants, on the other hand, it improves the industry by the function of the polarization and the pervasion. Via the stat of the Taian city 69 small towns, researching on the local peasants of the local expresses if increasing the 0.36% of the average incoming, peasants' income increases 14.87 Yuan RMB, the village and town industry increases 6.9% and 7047 thought Yuan RMB while increasing of the 1 % town changing level. On the same time, the construction of the small town shall draw the local estate market and improve the food, serve and the currency by the big personal flow.
