For Chinese investors,in order to“blaze a way”on the vast African land,besides the knowl- edge of the culture and natural environment of African countries,it is wise to be prepared for po- tential safety risks while marking one's commer- cial territory such as political crisis,investment risks,public safety danger,poor legal environment, low government efficiency,rampant corruption and widespread crimes,which are all elements to be concerned.
