The New View of the Globalization of MNC's R&D

随着全球化战略的深入,跨国公司向发展中国家的研发投入规模也相应有了明显的增长。文章从技术创新角度出发,通过对技术需求、创新环境和技术型人力资源3个方面的研究,探讨了跨国公司研究与开发(R&D)向发展中国家转移的内在原因。

With the development of globalization, the MNCs increase their R＆D investment in the developing countries besides in the developed countries. This paper analyses the intrinsic incentive of the transfer of the MNCs＇ R＆D to the developing countries from the point of view of the technology innovation, including the demand of technology, the technology innovation environment and the technology human resource.
