根据服务业国际转移新趋势,指出了北京市服务业在承接国际转移时所具有的比较优势,利用相关数据,从实证角度分析了北京市服务业发展现状,认为承接服务业国际转移可以增大服务业的发展空间,进而根据实际情况提出了承接策略,指出北京应该抓住服务业国际转移的机遇,积极促进服务型企业国际化成长,从而实现服务业的快速发展。

Nowadays, the international service industry transfer has become a major new round of global industrial restructuring and layout of the new trehd. This paper points out that Beijing is in full possession of comparative advantage to undertake the international service industry transfer. We used the data of 2002-2004 to analyze the current development situation of Beijing＇ service industry from empirical aspect concluding that the international service industry transfer can increase the development space of Beijing＇ service industry. Our propose is to take over the international service industry transfer according to the actual situation. Beijing should seize the opportunity of international service industry transfer to actively promote the international growth of service enterprises, so as to achieve the rapid development of the service industry.
