摘要
为探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染与胃癌(GC)发生的关系,作者应用原位聚合酶链反应(PCRIS)及一步反转录(ORT-PCRIS)对Gc、慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)、慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)3组病例136份组织标本进行EBVDNA或EBVRNA检测。发现EBV在GC组检出率达29.6%(6154)、CAG组为11.6%(5/43),两组差异显著(P<0.05)。而CSG组全部阴性;在GC组中HBVDNA阳性率为27.7%,明显高于EBVDNA的14.8%(P<0.05)。结果提示,EBV感染与GC发生存在某种相关。EBV基因于一些癌细胞及癌前病变组织内存在或以RNA形式表达的实际意义有待进一步探讨。
The Epstein Barr virus (EBV) was detected not only in the rare gastric carcionma(GC),but also in typical gastric adenocarcinoma. In order to have a better understanding of the relation between EBV infection and GC,our laboratory has developed one step,reverse transcription in situ polymerase chain reaction(ORT PCRIS) and PCRIS to detect EBV RNA or DNA in stomach tissues.136 specimens of paraffin embedded tissues,including 54 cases of GC,43 cases of chronic antrophy gastritis (CAG) and 39 cases of chronic supperific gastritis (CSG),were investigated by PCRIS or ORT PCRIS.The results showed that EBV sequences were detected in 29 6%(16/54) cases of GC,significantly higher than 11 6%(5/43) cases of CAG( P <0 05),and were absent in CSG.The EBV postive signals in GC groups were mainly present within the tumor cells and the signals in CAG group were mainly present in dysplastic and intestinal metaplasia epithelia.The EBV genomes in the infected cells were experssed as EBV RNA of 14 8% cases of GC,and 11 6% cases of CAG were detected by ORT PCRIS.The results suggest that some cases of GC are associated with EBV infection.
