摘要
在分析了常用触发电路优、缺点的基础上,针对三相半控整流桥提出了一种利用集成电路设计的新型可控触发电路代替同步变压器来获得三相同步信号,电路中通过对整流后的直流电压进行PI调节产生移相信号,并与同步信号比较来控制触发信号的相位,从而达到控制和稳定整流后的直流电压的作用。通过实验证明该电路调试简单、稳定性能好、成本低,具有一定的实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the characteristic of common trigger circuits, a new controllable trigger circuit designed by intergated circuit instead of synchronous transformer to obtain three-phase controllable trigger signal is presented. The phase-shift signal is created by the PI adjustor adjusting the DC voltage and then the phase-shift signal compares with the synchronous signal to control the angle of the trigger signal and regulate the DC voltage.The circuit is proved to be easy-adjusted, stable, low-cost and practicable.
