多器官衰竭早期免疫器官细胞凋亡的检测及意义 被引量:32

摘要 用大鼠腹腔注射酵母多糖的方法复制出多器官衰竭(MOF)实验模型,运用透射电镜与原位细胞DNA末端标记方法(TUNEL),研究MOF大鼠细胞凋亡现象与规律。结果表明:MOF早期大鼠细胞凋亡异常增多且以免疫器官细胞凋亡为主,电镜所见之凋亡细胞及凋亡小体与TUNEL标记阳性细胞主要分布于胸腺皮质、脾白髓和淋巴结副皮质区。提示:MOF早期免疫器官大规模淋巴细胞凋亡与MOF启动机制有重要关系。 In order to study the apoptosis of immune organs in early stage of MOF, a Wistar rat MOF model was made by peritoneal injection of Zymosan.A number of the apoptosis cells and apoptotic bodies were observed with transmission electron microscopy in thymuses,spleens and lymph nodes of the experimental group rats,and in situ DNA nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining.The results showed TUNEL positive cells were much more than that in control group rats, and they were distributed mainly in the cortex of thymus,the white pulp of spleen and the paracortical zone of lymph nodes.It is suggested that the apoptosis of immune organs play an important role in the pathogeny of MOF.
