摘要
采用免疫组化LSAB法检测35例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中p53、nm23和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果显示:p53、nm23和PCNA表达的阳性率均以卵巢囊腺癌为最高,交界性次之,良性囊腺瘤最低。各项检测结果与细胞增殖状态有关。p53和PCNA过量表达与肿瘤恶性程度、临床分期和生存期无关,但与肿瘤分化有关。nm23不能单独作为判断卵巢肿瘤预后的因素。
The expression of p16 protein in human lung carcinoma and normal tissues adjacent to it was studied immunohistochemically.Cytoplasmic p16 expression was mainly present in normal bronchial epithelium(93 8%),serous gland (92 6%) and alveolar epithelium(71 4%).The expression levels of p16 were significantly lower in carcinoma tissues (66 1%) compared to those in their normal counterparts( P <0 01).Squamous cell carcinoma exhibited lower p16 expression levels compared with adenocarcinoma( P <0 01).The expression levels of p16 were lower in poorly differentiated carcinoma than those in well differentiated carcinomas( P <0 05).In adenocarcinomas,no relationship was found between p16 expression and stages,but decreases in p16 expression were significant in advanced stages of squamous cell carcinomas.These results suggest that deletion of p16 protein expression is related with carcinogenesis of lung carcinomas,and becomes more evident as tumor slows down its differentiation and advances in conditions.
