摘要
针对我国当前农村中学教师科研素养普遍低下的现象,笔者试从分析原因入手,以提升农村中学教师的科研素养为宗旨,从三个方面建构相应对策,希望能引起广大农村中学教师重视自身科研素养的提高。
It is to study the status quo of the low scientific research quality of teachers in the rural middle schools. After analyzing the reasons, the author puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects. The purpose is to attract the teachers' attention to their own scientific research quality.
