摘要
为了科学评价高州市人民医院十年来在医院层面缓解群众看病难、看病贵的“五建立”创新模式,课题组建立了资源节约型医院收支结构评价模型、医院管理绩效评价模型、政府-专家-群众-员工“四位一体”的医院总体评价模型,并运用评价体系对这一创新模式进行全面评价,评价结果表明:医院提升了“六力”,实践了政府-医院-患者“三满意”目标,取得了重大推广效应。
To evaluate the innovative pattern of "Five setting up" which could help the hospital relieve the problem of difficulty and high cost of medical treatment at hospital level in Gaozhou People' s Hospital in 10 years, an income and expenditure structure evaluation model, a hospital management performance evaluation model and a hospital total evaluation model about "Four in one" of Government-Speciallsts-People-Staffs for a resource-saving hospital are discussed and used for evaluating the innovative pattern entirely in this paper. The result shows that the "Six powers" of the hospital are raised, "Three kinds of contentment" of government-hospital-patients are realized and a great popularized affect is reached.
