摘要
知识经济时代也是服务经济时代。通过对以人为本服务内涵探讨,分析国内外医院服务现状,提出了要提高我国医院服务水平,必须牢固树立以人为本理念,下大力加强医院文化建设,正确把握好员工和病人的“内外”关系,提高医院在市场经济大潮中的竞争力。
The knowledge economic era is also the era of service economy. Via probing into the connotation of people-oriented service, the current status of service in domestic and foreign hospitals were analyzed, the proposal was put forward to heighten the service level of domestic hospitals, and it is essential to build up the people-oriented concept fastly, to enhance the hospital culture construction vigorously, to grasp the "inner and outer" relationship between staff and patient correctly, in order to strengthen hospital's core competence in the spring tide of market economy.
