强酸化电位水在前列腺汽化电切术后膀胱冲洗的疗效观察

Observation on effect of bladder irrigation by acidification electricity water after transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate

目的探讨强酸化电位水在前列腺汽化电切术后膀胱冲洗的疗效。方法将78例按入院日期单、双号分组,观察组40例术后用强酸化电位水冲洗膀胱,对照组38例用生理盐水冲洗膀胱。结果观察组术后尿转清时间、冲洗液总量、膀胱冲洗通畅及下腹部疼痛、尿常规白细胞计数等情况均优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论应用强酸化电位水膀胱冲洗有利于前列腺汽化电切术后控制感染和止血,效果优于生理盐水冲洗方法。

Objective To observe effect of bladder irrigation by acidification electricity water after transurethral electrovaporization of the Prostate （PVT） Methods 78 patients underwent PVT were divided into two groups randomly. 40 patients in observation group were irrigated by strong acidification electricity water while the 38 in comparing group were irrigated by normal saline solution. Results The statues of observation group is better than that of oomparing group on postoperative time of bleeding in urine,irrigation fluid volume and passage, lower abdomen pain, total blood cell count in urine. Conclusions The effect of bladder irrigation by strong acidification electricity water is better than that of normal saline solution on preventing infection and bleeding after PVT.
