游泳和抚触对新生儿神经行为发育及基础生理指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨游泳和抚触对新生儿基础生理指标及神经行为发育的影响。方法选择自然分娩及剖宫产的新生儿住院5 d以上共150人,按出生时间顺序分为游泳加抚触组、抚触组和对照组各50人,记录出生后第1天及第5天新生儿神经行为发育评分(习惯、定向力、运动行为、活动范围)及基础生理指标(心率、呼吸频率、血氧分压),3组资料各项指标应用单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA)和Student-Newman-Keuls post hoc检验进行组间比较,数据采用SPSS 12.0软件处理。结果出生后第1天,3组新生儿之间神经行为发育评分及基础生理指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生后第5天,游泳加抚触组新生儿的神经行为发育评分及基础生理指标均明显高于抚触组及对照组(P<0.05),抚触组新生儿的神经行为发育评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论游泳和抚触有利于新生儿神经行为发育,对于改善基础生理指标方面有着明显的影响。 Objective To observe the influence of swimming and touching on neonatal neumbehavioral development and the physiological indexes. Methods 150 newborns by natural or cesarean section delivery staying in hospital more than 5 days were observed. They were divided into swimming and touching group (n= 50), touching group (n= 50) and control group(n= 50) according to deliver time. Newbom's neurobehavioral development (habits, oretentions, movement behavior and activity range) and the physiological index (heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen partial pressure) were asses,seal on first day and fifth day after birth. One - way ANOVA and Student - Newman - Keuls test were preformed to determine differences among the 3 groups. Data were analyzed by SPSS12.0. Results There is no obvious difference on the neurobehavioral development and the physiological indexes between three groups in the first day after birth (P 〉0.05). But on the fifth day after birth, the neurobehavioral developmerit and the physiological indexes of the swimming and touching group is obviously higher than those of touching group and control group(P〈 0.05), and neurobehavioral development scores of touching group is obviously higher than that of control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusions The combination between swimming and touching has an obvious effect on neonatal neurobehavioral development and the physiological indexes.
