NKT细胞与移植免疫
摘要
NKT细胞是一种特殊类型的T淋巴细胞，同时表达NK细胞和T淋巴细胞标记，具有较为恒定的TCRα和独特的CDld限制性，通过调节Th1和Th2细胞发育参与免疫调节，在诱导免疫耐受过程中起重要作用。
