摘要
采用等温蒸发法研究了三元体系K2CO3-Na2CO3-H2O 273K时的相平衡及平衡液相的密度。利用溶解度数据绘制了该三元体系273K下的相图。研究发现:该三元体系有异成分复盐K2CO3.Na2CO3.12H2O形成;相图中有两个共饱点、三条单变量曲线和三个结晶相区。三个结晶相区分别为盐K2CO3.10H2O、K2CO3.3/2H2O和K2CO3.Na2CO3.12H2O的结晶区。实验结果表明,K2CO3对Na2CO3有强烈的盐析作用。
The solubilities and densities of equilibrium solutions were studied in the ternary system K2CO3-Na2CO3-H2O at 273K with isothermal evaporation method. Based on the solubility data,the phase diagram of the system was plotted. The phase diagram consists of two invariant point, three univariant curves and three crystallization fields, which correspond to the salt K2CO3·10H2O,Na2CO3·3/2H2O and K2CO3·Na2CO3·12H2O. In the system,the double salt (K2CO3·Na2CO3·12H2O)was formed. K2CO3 has strong salt-out effect to Na2CO3 in the solution.
