摘要
研究了以玉米秸秆和淀粉为主要成分的新型缓冲包装材料的制备工艺。通过对玉米秸秆纤维添加量、淀粉含量、发泡剂用量、辅料选择、发泡温度等参数的优化,实验制备了具有可降解性能的缓冲包装材料,并利用静态压缩实验方法对该材料力学强度的影响因素进行了分析。
The preparation technics of the new type cushion packaging material that took the corn straw and amylum as the primary composition was developed. By optimizing the parameters such as the additive quantity of cam straw fibre, the content of amylum, the dosage of vesicant, the selecting of accessorial material, and the temperature of frothing, the cushion packaging material that has decompounding capability was prepared, and the factors influencing the mechanical strength of this material was analyzed by the method of static compress test.
