基于Internet的包装机械远程故障诊断及维修专家系统的研究

Research on Internet-based Remote Fault Diagnosis and Servicing System of Packaging Machinery

针对包装机械提出一种基于Internet的远程故障诊断及维修专家系统,该系统既可用于现场诊断,也可以实现远程诊断,将机器的知识库和专家知识经验充分结合起来。并且重点介绍了系统架构和功能、W eb服务器站点的实现方法、基于XML的数据集成方法,真正做到了资源共享,提高了效率,适应包装机械智能化的需要。

An Internet-based remote fault diagnosis and servicing system of packaging machinery was developed. This system not only can be used for local diagnosis, but also can be used for remote diagnosis, combining the knowledge system with experience of expert. The function and structure of each part of the system, the technology of Web Server, and XML-based data integration were introduced. The system can realize the share of resource, improve the efficiency, and meet the need of the development of intellectualized packaging machinery.
