Discussion on Over-packaged and Right-packaged with the Theory of Dichotomy

过度包装是市场经济下亟待解决的热点话题,处理不当直接影响着国内外商品贸易的发展。对商品过度与适度包装进行了界定,分别站在卖方、买方、设计师、社会的角度,用矛盾论中两分法的观点论述了过度包装的成因,提出了解决过度包装的观点,借鉴国外相关法律、法规,政府有关部门严密立法,严格执法,卖方、买方、设计师自觉守法,这些是解决问题的关键。

Over-packaged is a problem needs to be solved under market economy, and will results in immediate effects on native and global commodities commerce development if being taken care of improperly. The boundaries between over-packaged and right-packaged were defined. The formation cause of over-packaged was discussed according to The Theory of Dichotomy with different standpoints as vendor, vendee, designer, and society. A solving method was put forward, which was referencing to overseas laws and regulations, the government departments strictly make and execute the laws, and vendors, vendees as well as designers consciously keep the laws. That is the key to resolve problems.
