摘要 采用硬脂酸凝胶法合成了纳米晶铝酸钴,通过TG-DTA,XRD和TEM对其进行了分析.研究结果表明:经煅烧处理得到的纳米晶铝酸钴粒径为17~33nm、分布均匀、呈尖晶石结构;纳米晶的粒径随煅烧温度的升高而增大,其颜色随煅烧温度的变化而变化.该工艺比传统的方法煅烧温度降低了400~500℃. The nanocrystals of CoAl2O4 have been prepared by the stearic acid gel method. The gel is analyzed by TG-DTA and the nanocrystals of CoAl2O4 are characterized by XRD and TEM. The results show that the particle size of nanocrystals CoAl2O4 is 17- 33 nm, the distribution of crystals of nanocrystals CoAl2O4 is homogeneous, the shape of the nanocrystals of CoAl2O4 is spined-type, the particle size of the nanocrystals of CoAl2O4 becomes larger with the rising in temperature and the color of the nanocrystals of CoAl2O4 changes with the varying of the calcination temperature. The calcination temperature is lower by 400 to 500 ℃ than that of the traditional method.
