直埋敷设中减少补偿器和固定支座的方法 被引量:2

摘要 对于无补偿直埋敷设供热管道,在采用增大管道埋深、改变管道走向或增大弯头弯曲半径的方法减小弯头应力的基础上,在弯头处回填松软材料,可使弯头应力进一步减小,取消弯头两侧的固定支座。对于有补偿直埋敷设供热管道,可利用土壤的约束作用调整过渡段长度,减少补偿器及固定支座的数量。 For directly buried installation heat-supply pipeline without expansion joint, backfilling loose and soft materials around the elbows can further decrease the elbow stress and cancel the fixing support on the two sides of elbows on the basis of decreasing the elbow stress by using the methods of increasing the depth of buried pipeline, changing the direction of pipeline and enlarging the curvature radius of elbows. For directly buried installation heat-supply pipeline with expansion joint, the length of transition pipeline section can be adjusted using the restrained action of soil to decrease the number of compensator for thermal expansion and fixing support.
