Discussion on the function of construction fields investigation delimitation

本文以建设项目用地勘测定界(以下简称勘测定界)和审批业务为主线,通过对我国目前勘测定界工作中普遍存在的一些问题的分析,结合本实验室长期对勘测定界管理方法的研究,针对省级国土资源管理部门勘测定界工作内容,对全省建设项目用地勘测定界与审批工作彻底实现流程化、无纸化和自动化所需要采用的关键技术进行分析,探讨了建设勘测定界系统所需解决的问题和系统所需要具备的功能模块和相关技术指标。

Taking the business of construction fields investigation delimitation and land permission as main point,this paper analyses the popular problems in current work.Based on the long-term research of this kind of work,the authors analyze the key technology of paperless and automatic workflow of provincial projects' land investigation delimitation and permission.The problems and system's function modules as well as technical index are discussed too.
