摘要
试验研究了3种替代贵金属催化剂的氧化催化转化器对柴油机微粒排放的影响。同时研究了催化转化器的净化效率、低温起燃性以及高温时抑制生成硫酸盐颗粒的能力。试验证明:V-Mn-Cs/-γAl2O3/堇青石蜂窝陶瓷(CC)催化转化器具有良好的净化效率,可以替代贵金属催化器;V-Mn-Cs/-γAl2O3/CC催化转化器具有很好的低温起燃性和高温抑制生成硫酸盐颗粒的能力;对该催化转化器进行了30 h的效率考察试验,其净化效率保持在较高水平。
The effects of the catalytic converter with three kinds of oxidation catalysts, V- Mn-Cs/γ-Al2O3/ceramic cordierite honeycomb (CC), Mn-Y- V-Mo-Cs/γ-Al2O3/CC and Zr-Mn- La-Ce-γ-Al2O3 / CC, on diesel engine PM emissions were studied in order to explore the possibility of replacing the precious metal catalysts. The conversion efficiency, the light-off temperature and the restraint of the sulphate formation at high temperatures of these catalysts were studied. The test results show that the V-Mn-Cs/γ-Al2O3/CC catalyst can replace the precious metal catalysts for its high conversion efficiency, lower light-off temperature and better restraint of the sulphate formation at high temperatures. The diesel engine test of this for 30 h proved the stability of its conversion efficiency.
