摘要
综述了聚合物的结晶类型、动力学研究模型以及结晶过程模拟现状。重点介绍了球晶成核和生长过程的两种数值模拟方法。指出目前的模拟结果与成型加工中真实的结晶过程还有差距。
With the thorough study of crystallization mechanism, more and more researchers paid their attention to the simulation of crystallization process. Meanwhile they set up many models to support their own theory for crystallization. In this paper, the types of crystal/crystallization kinetics/simulation were introduced based on the predecessor's work. The core of this paper is the kinetics of non-isothermal crystallization and the simulation for the nucleation & growth of the spherulite. Finally, the author pointed out that the present simulation can not simulate the true crystallization process and it will be turned into reality in future.
