摘要 初步研究了聚酰胺6(PA 6)/N,N′-乙撑双四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NEBT)化合物体系着色的原因,认为是PA 6分子链与NEBT分子中极性基团之间形成了氢键而自组装成发色基团。利用傅立叶红外光谱法(FT-IR)检测了PA 6与NEBT之间氢键的作用。采用变温FT-IR研究比较了PA 6与PA 6/NEBT(PA 6NET)分子间氢键的温度依赖性,研究表明,PA 6NET分子间氢键具有较高的热稳定性。利用差热分析法(DSC)研究了PA 6与PA 6NET的结晶与熔融行为。 Coloring study in blends of polyamide (PA6) and N-N'-ethylene-bis(tetrabromoph- thalimide) (NEBT) has been characterized by several techniques. CS930 double wavelength lamella scanner was employed to measure change of color. The existence of hydrogen bonding in PA6/N-N'-ethylene-bis (tetrabromophthalimide) (PA6NET) was investigated with Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR ). FT-IR spectra at room temperature revealed that there is essentially hydrogen bonding between PA6 and NEBT. The temperature-dependent behavior of both PA6 and PA6NET was studied by temperature-FT-IR spectroscopy. The results show that stability of hydrogen bonding between pure PA6 and NEBT is better than that of pure PA6. And crystallization property was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
