摘要
介绍了一种自动颅骨钻转速信号的检测方法,该方法以线性霍尔传感器为基础,通过对霍尔转速传感器信号进行滤波和整形,使处理后的信号转换成符合TTL电平标准的方波信号,用单片机对此信号计数从而测出转速.实验表明,该转速测量方法能满足颅骨钻孔系统控制单元的设计要求.
A rotational speed measuring method based on linear Hall sensor for automatic bone drilling is introduced in this paper, through filtering and reshaping Hall rotational speed sensor signal, to change transacted signal to square wave which is in conformity with TTL level signal standard, finally, the single - chip computer can be used to count the signal so as to measure the rotational speed. Experimentation shows the rotationl speed signal can meet a demand for design of automatic bone drilling's control unit.
