摘要
[目的]探讨心肌微环境因素对高转移潜能鼻咽癌细胞的影响。[方法]原代培养新生Wistar大鼠心肌细胞,用MTT法比较心肌细胞条件性上清液(CMCM)对高转移潜能鼻咽癌细胞的体外抑制作用。以顺铂作为CMCM的阳性对照,以正常细胞鼠肾小球系膜细胞作为鼻咽癌细胞的阴性对照。[结果]鼻咽癌细胞与不同浓度的CMCM共同培养后,细胞存活率明显下降(P<0.05),而对正常细胞鼠肾小球系膜细胞存活率无明显影响(P>0.05)。[结论]新生大鼠心肌细胞条件培养液可选择性地抑制鼻咽癌细胞的增殖。
[Purpose ] To explore the effect of organic microenvironment of cardiac muscle on the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell with high metastases potential. [Methods] Primary culture of newborn Wistar rat cardiac muscle ceils was established, and the murine cardiac muscle conditioned medium（CMCM） was prepared to test its effect in vitro on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells by MTT assay with cisplatin as positive control for CMCM and benign ceils （murine mesangial ceils） as negative control for nasopharyngeal carcinoma ceils. [Results ] Proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells was significantly restrained when cultured with CMCM in various concentration （P〈0.05）, while murine mesangial ceils were not affected （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The conditioned medium of newborn rat cardiac muscle ceils can selectively inhibit the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
