The Expression of TERE1 and VEGF in Renal Cell Carcinoma

摘要 [目的]探讨肾癌中移行上皮反应基因(TERE1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。[方法]应用RealtimeRT-PCR分别检测32例肾癌及癌旁正常肾组织中TERE1和VEGF的mRNA表达水平。[结果]肾癌的TERE1mRNA表达水平中位值(1.55)显著性低于癌旁正常组织(2.96),P<0.05。肾癌的VEGFmRNA表达水平中位值(43.22)显著性高于癌旁正常组织(20.35),P<0.05。TERE1与VEGF表达无显著性相关。[结论]TERE1和VEGF的表达与肾癌的发生相关,监测两者指标有一定的临床意义。 [Purpose ] To investigate the expression and significance of transitional epithelial response gene （TERE1） and vascular endothelial growth factor Q/EGF） in renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. [Methods] The expression of TERE1 and VEGF mRNA and in cancer surrounding tissues was detected in 32 cases with RCC using quantitative Real-time RT-PCR assay. [Results] The median expression level of TERE1 mRNA was significantly lower in cancer tissues （1.55） than that in surrounding tissues （2.96）, P〈0.05. The median expression level of VEGF mRNA was significantly higher in the cancer tissues （43.22） than that in surrounding tissues （20.35）, P〈0.05. The expression of TERE1 and VEGF was not correlated significantly. [Conclusions] The expression of TERE1 and VEGF are correlated with carcinogenesis and with clinical significance in RCC.
