摘要
在1990年人口普查中,美国人口普查局专门专门组织了一次旨在总结普查经验的抽样调查,以查明人口普查遗漏(重复)的原因。调查结果表明,遗漏(重复)一般源于下列原因:家庭复杂;房屋不规则;频繁迁移;语言障碍,等等。应该采取措施以减少遗漏或重复记录。
During 1990 Census,American Census Bureau organized a sampling survey for concluding experience of census to find out omitted or duplicated reasons belonging to people.Surveying results showed, Omission or Duplication had the following reasons：Complicate familyIrregular house;Frequent migration;Language obstacle,and so on.Some measures should be taken to lessen them.
